All of our CD recordings are fully guaranteed against fault or damage.

We have great faith that our advanced hypnosis Mp3 and CD recordings are both effective and powerful. We are proud of the fact that Peter Field’s state-of-the-art recordings work for most people, most of the time. You can be confident that every single one of our hypnosis recordings is of the very highest quality and effectiveness.

However, because people are not machines, just as therapy does not work for every single person every single time, no recording will work for every single person every single time and we therefore do not offer any guarantees nor refund on non-damaged or non-faulty products.

We do, however, offer a guarantee that all our CDs will reach you in good condition. (Your CD will arrive in an unmarked padded envelope or box for larger orders.) If any CD arrives damaged or faulty in any way, simply return it to us with a line or two explaining the fault and we will promptly replace it.

For reasons of copyright protection, we can only accept damaged or faulty CDs for replacement. Simply return the damaged or faulty CD within 28 days from date of purchase together with your proof of purchase and we will rush you a replacement - guaranteed.
